A: Absolutely! Give our service department a call at (304) 363-2058 & we will be happy to help however we can.
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We also accept Net terms if you have an account already established with us.
A: We are required to charge sales tax unless you are tax exempt. You can provide us with your tax-exempt certificate, and we will remove the sales tax from your order.
A: We currently only ship to locations in the US.

Orders

You will be notified by email when your order ships.

A: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also log into your online account to check your order status.

A: You can view your order status under "My Orders" in your account after logging in or contact us and we will be happy to check the status of your order.

A: Currently our online order minimum is $25.00.
A: If the item is in our stock, it will ship the same day. Non-stock parts will drop ship from the manufacturer.

A: Make sure the carrier notes any damage on the shipping paperwork. Take photos of the damage & contact our customer service team asap.

Returns

A: You have 30 days to return an item for refund. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Electrical parts are not returnable. Special order parts may not be returnable. All return freight must be paid for by the customer.
